Product Care & Shipping Disclaimer

Our products are 100% natural and made without synthetic preservatives. To maintain their quality and consistency, please store them in a cool, dry place—refrigeration is ideal. Avoid exposing products to direct sunlight, hot cars, or temperatures above 75°F (24°C), as this can cause melting or separation, especially in whipped tallow formulations.

Because our formulations are preservative-free, improper storage may lead to spoilage or mold. For optimal freshness, we ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays only to reduce the risk of weekend delays and temperature fluctuations during transit.
